Had received a recommendation for Vince from a friend and cannot be more thankful! Our carpets had not been cleaned in a while and we weren't expecting much but wow they turned out great. So many of the tough spots are gone and they look good as new! We also added in an area rug at the last minute and it also looks fabulous. Cannot say enough positive about Dependable from their communication, cleaning courtesy and just professionalism. Will definitely be using them again!
