We had a problem with our three zone system and air-conditioning not working properly. Parker listened and recommended options to fix the problem. Service was required to fix it and he came out and repaired, made adjustments until we were satisfied, no extra charge. I highly recommend Black Diamond. Staff was always courteous and responses were timely. Thanks to Parker and Steve for their knowledge and professionalism. Completely reliable and pricing great!
Mike installed a new AC and Heating unit in our home. The work was excellent. His great customer service included the complete cleaning of the work area. I highly recommend him.
