It's been a long time since the last review for this company. My five-star review is for Senior Mortgage Consultant Mariela Moreno. Mariela is a fantastic mortgage lender! Incredibly communicative, prompt, organized, efficient and all-around on top of everything. I have worked with her on a number of transactions throughout the years. I trust her, and value her professionalism. One of the most competent and detail-oriented lenders in the area.

This is a nightmare company to be avoided. I have a loan that started with World Savings which was taken over by Wachovia which, in turn, was swallowed up by Wells Fargo. Ever since Wells Fargo took over, it has constantly harassed me and my wife. It started a few years back when I received a call a couple of days before the stated payment due date in my mortgage loan contract. The woman advised that the call was a friendly reminder that my mortgage payment was due shortly and she started to ask intrusive questions and I hung up. Since then, I get as many 20 calls a month that purport to be "debt collection" calls even though I am still in the two week grace... read full review
