He arrived on time and was very communicative. They gave me a 2 hour window and then called in the morning to give an estimate of when he would be showing up in that window. Appreciate the advice on what option might be better for me and got to work. Would definitely recommend these guys if your looking for clean rugs or couch with non toxic chemicals.
