About a year ago I walked into ALPONSO Gourmet Olive Oil & Balsamics here in Tucson, Arizona. They opened a new world for me of what is truly Gourmet vinegars and oils. I had no idea such variety of taste and combinations existed and right here in my backyard. From Blood Orange, Persian Lime to Cranberry Pear in my most recent purchase. The choices and combinations are without limit. The store is quiet with hardwood floors with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I can sample product in store before deciding which new combination to take home this trip. They also have brochures showing all of their products and suggestions for various combinations .
