Wow just wow the level of unprofessionalism pretty stunning to me as a salon owner myself , I made the appointment with Jessica for consultation and tape in extensions for 9:00 AM in the morning ,first of all , I had to confirm my appointment the day before! Which was a red flag already . But I wanted to give them a chance. mind you 9:00 not only was very inconvenient for me , but I took the appointment and I was right on time. I knock on the door there's no one there. I called the number and she says she will be about 30 to 45 minutes behind. She's on the freeway, I find that to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful , as if I have nothing better to do than to be on time for her , she could've texted me , she could've called me ! I would've attend to my other obligations and I would have been okay with that ! instead of driving to make sure to give her the respect of being on time ! so I give her one star I would give her no star , if I could !! so I called back and I said I would go grab a coffee , since I have lost most my morning, let me see how behind is she really ? then she has the audacity to tell me that I'm not flexible not a good fit ! she's absolutely right THE VERY FIRST RULE OF TRUSTING SOMEONE WITH YOUR HAIR IS THEIR LEVEL OF CARE FOR THE CLIENT AND ATTENTION TO DETAILS ! WHICH THIS WOMMAN HAS NEITHER FOR SOMEONE TO DO AMAZING HAIR ! ONE HAS TO LOVE THEIR JOB AND CARE ABOUT THE CLIENT , TO DO THE VERY BEST THAT CAN ! BEING A HAIRSTYLIST IS A PERSONAL THING
