Went to Tresca for the first time several months ago and it was a good experience. She was able to replicate the image I showed her of reference pictures with a little adjustment based on what we thought would look best. Got a short shaggy cut that would grow out into a mullet with shaved sides. The haircut made me feel very confident and it is now a go-to haircut of mine. I was nervous paying with cash so I calculated the tip wrong in my head so I tipped too little and I felt bad :( I did not realize until afterwards.

Tresca has been my hair mom for four years; she started cutting my hair when I was just starting to grow it out and come out as a trans femme person, and was just so so good at hearing where I was at and working with me on a style that looked just the right amount of queer and just the right amount of androgynous for the given moment, while helping me figure out a vision for what I wanted it to eventually look like as it got longer. I'm moving away now and don't think I'll be able to see her as often, but I'll always be grateful that she was there for that point in my life :) . Also she is really fun to talk music with. Thank you Tresca!

I went to see Tresca for the first time, and she was fantastic. I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted, and she helped me get a clearer sense and to feel inspired about hairstyles. She's a great listener, great at asking questions, and also answering questions and explaining how hair works. I really appreciated that she seemed focused on what I wanted--a no-hassle haircut that wouldn't need product and could come out from under a bike helmet still looking good. I love my new cut, and it does exactly what I hoped. Covid protocols are great. The space is big and airy, with good ventilation. We were the only ones in there. Note: I didn't see her in the Glama-Rama online booking system, but I called and made an appointment. She offers early morning times, which I really appreciated.
