    I'm not surprised to see Morgan Stanley has so many unhappy ex clients. I was first sold a variable annuity and fixed annuity when I was a financially ignorant 28 year old. I've been told that's not good investment advice for a 28 year old. Morgan Stanley broker made a nice commission. These annuities also have high fees. When my mom passed and left me some blue chip dividend paying stocks, I was advised to sell them and invest in Templeton World Fund with a 5.5% front load that has turned out to be a horrible investment over the decades I've held it.     This place is ridiculous. The fees are astounding and the service is dismal. WeBull/Robinhood/Fidelity/TD are leaps and bounds above MS. Avoid at all costs - they are simply not up to par with today's fast market.

    Very disappointed with service. My mother has been with them for many years; the broker she worked with retired and her accounts were transferred to Sean McKenna. Soon afterwards, he recommended redistributing a portion of her assets, which I agreed to. Unfortunately, I now find out that he did not follow through as we had agreed. His communication and follow through has been poor. He has called once to manage her portfolio in almost 2 years. He noted that my mother is paying few or no fees; that's his policy and we would have been happy to pay for appropriate service.
