Thanh is great. She always knows how I like my hair cut and very friendly. Been a regular for years. She is also in the know for new styles too if you feel the need to change things up and is great at styling.
I decided to hold off on this review for a while. This salon is two blocks from where I live, which is convenient enough. I asked for a hair cut and the lady flat ironed the crap out of my hair without any protectant spray. A week later, my HAIR FELL OUT IN CLUMPS. If you have thick hair like me, don't bother coming here and waste your money. My hair is still damaged. $30 for irreversible damage, heck no!
So far the best salon I have found in east bay. Workers are great and very friendly. I don't have to tell them what I want they know me very well and I bet they know all there customers the same. Keep up the good work.
