I’m thrilled with the progress I’ve made toward aligning my spine and reducing pain. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and I feel so good after each session. I’m in the middle of my treatment plan, but for the first time in as long as I can remember I can envision a life without pain.

This is a long overdue review. Both teams - at the Alameda and Oakland location - are wonderful. Their systems and programs are efficient and effective. It's a really organized place, and they have a clear plan of action for every patient. But the people are what make Symmetry one of the better chiropractic places I've been to. They're caring, attentive, and skilled. Plus they have *all* the cool traction machines to straighten out wonky curves. They don't promise miracles; instead, they make you an equal partner in your own progress. Symmetry Health Center's Chiropractors and team are very knowledgeable and helpful with improving my lower neck issues. I was in a car accident many years ago. I had a concussion and whiplash but, the concussion was the primary concern at the time, so my neck issues were neglected. Since receiving Chiropractic treatments at SHC, the mobility in my neck, blood circulation, upper breathing, and posture have improved my quality of sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready for the day! SHC takes the time to understand what is best to improve your situation.
