Studio Naga is a wonderful martial arts community. Loving, dedicated, teachers who taught my daughter about herself, staying safe, and how to move her body. Highly recommend!
Speaking as some who started training after 40 years of age, it's a fun, supportive community that meets me where I am physically and teaches me to celebrate what I CAN do and let go of an ego that taunts me with what I struggle with.
Beautiful art, caring and diligent instructors, amazing community. Love it!
