I’ve had many construction projects completed by various contractors in the Bay Area. Soto Bay Construction is by far the best company I have ever contracted with. The entire crew was courteous, very well organized with their work and left the work site clean and tidy every day. I've been having Soto Bay Construction work for me, family, friends and clients for the past 11 years. They have done all aspects of construction from foundations through roof including building a new house for me. They are very reliable with good pricing and I have never had any issues with their work. From framing to finish work it is very professional. How is it possible that Chuy, Chuy Junior and family spent 14 months working on our house during COVID and I still like them?? Our standards are high - we work as a very high performing real estate agents in the East Bay and we know every contractor/vendor under the sun. We are so glad we chose this family to do our own home renovation upon the recommendation of a dear friend at Oakland CIty Planning who has done a great deal of development and flipping.
