This place is a gem. This is the body shop to work with, as they give far more affordable quotes than many of their competitors. I would say that I shopped around moderately, and they are the best to work with, particularly if you're covering the cost of body work out of pocket...
7-11 Auto body is a small mom & pop operation with a huge, out standing reputation. I first met the owners in the mid 80's through a recommendation of a friend when I worked in the automotiveindustry. I've had many interactions with them over the year's, both professionally and personally.I won't take my family's vehicles to any other body shop. Chris, Julia & Jason are phenomenal! It feels as if your being treated like family.Unlike some body shops that will over estimate the work needed, then nickel and dime a job, forcing the customers to pay huge sums of money in the end.They have always been up front with any out of pocket cost, and I have never been hit with surprise...read full review
My catalytic converter was stolen. Chris was extremely helpful and looked at my car, stored it for 4 days in their secured parking lot, and assisted in my search for a solution that he could not provide. I was able to drive my car over to another shop to do the work. During that time he allowed me to park the rental car I had been using at the shop and he watched over it as well. I am extremely grateful for Chris's patience, willingness to help, and his honesty when he said that his shop could not be of any service. He was able to make the situation that was very stressful and hectic into one that seemed simple and efficient.
