Sergio roofed our house 2 years ago. We have a high two story with different rooflines and high ceilings. He and his crew were remarkably fast and efficient. We never knew when they were on the roof because they worked so quietly we only saw them when they passed the windows to come and go. Sergio is knowledgeable, easy to work with and gives fair prices for everything he does. He also replaced a large leaking plastic skylight which he thought should be replaced with glass because it would last 'forever.' He even picked it up for us since we don't have a truck. He introduced us to cool roofs that we are especially thankful for in hot weather. And as he warned us, the house can get chilly in the winter, but we just bundle up a little more. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent, trustworthy roofer with an engaging personality!

Sergio came highly recommended to us from a neighbor. From first contact Sergio was very professional and responsive. He came out for an inspection to replace our roof and two skylights. It was fair pricing compared to others and he emailed the estimate the same night. He stayed within the expected start date and completed the task quickly and efficiently. He also sent us pictures of the process to help with our insurance claim. One of the roofers, Antonio was also very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend Sergio Lopez Roofing for quality and professionalism.

Update: We had a small leak in our light well due to the rain. Sergio was very responsive and came out the next day to fix the area. He even helped us troubleshoot a couple of other non roof related issues. Highly recommend!
