We hired Lucas to pull all of our weeds and install sprinklers. He and his team did a tremendous job. I don't know how they did it so fast and so good. I will definitely hire him again.
I usually don't post reviews unless it's a 5 star and I have something good to say. Meaning it's better to tell people what's they can positively experience versus what they may look into negatively speaking to experience. At any rate found this service on Craigslist. Santa gave me a quote of $225 not only was that out of my budget but I had a previously cleaning lady so my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment although spacious was not needing a deep cleaning. Basic vacuuming moping wiping etc. Once I spoke with her she seemed willing to negotiate with the priced from $125 to $65!! First of all, when it comes to any types of business, being on time is very important. The cleaning crew was not responsive at all. We were told 10 minutes before the time of cleaning appointment that they cannot make it. So we rescheduled to very next morning. They were late for 30 minutes. We requested the tiles in the bathroom shower to be scrubbed and molds to be removed. We paid $200 which was $100 more than what they asked for and they didn't even finish the job. We requested them to come back to finish the job they didn't finish which we already paid for, they are now not responding to any of our calls.
