Moved into a house where RT design was contracted to do a remodel on the kitchen and bathroom by the realtor who was paid to make it happen as quickly as possible. RT design did the work unpermitted, without going through the city, meaning our kitchen and bathroom were out of spec and won't pass. Have to pay out of pocket now for those permits because more work is being done just to fix what they did.Oh, and if you don't care about permits, maybe Youll care about the fact that they did an absolute sloppy job. Kitchen tile installed literally 90 degrees in the wrong direction, terrible grouting and holes in the sink cut jaggedly for the pipes that look like a teenager working from a YouTube video did the job. Also left paint splotches on the (non-painted) floating shelving, and one of the shelves sunk lower before we even put anything on it, because of a faulty installation.The bathtub faucet literally fell off the bathroom wall when we turned the shower on after their "remodel", and the tile job they did on the bathroom floor was poorly executed and out of alignment.You guys should be ashamed at the work, but I know the mandate was to do as many shabby, low-cost-materials jobs as possible during the hot real estate market to keep the money flowing. Am sure there are plenty of unethical realtors like the seller's we bought from to keep you in business.
