I’ve always been a little skeptical of chiropractors after having some not-so-useful experiences in my 20s, but when I totally messed up my lower back gardening a friend told me about Active Release Technique, and I decided to try it. Working with Dr Baird over the past few weeks has been amazing. It feels like part massage, part chiropractic, part physical therapy, and just after the first session alone I felt immense relief. I’m now nearly completely recovered from back pain, and am able to focus on some other areas that need support. The change is obvious and I am so grateful! I can’t recommend them enough.

I found Dr. Baird online during a week when I had such a scary, unprecedented neck spasm that I could hardly move. I was in bad pain, unable to go to work, and honestly feeling pretty panicked. Dr. Baird was able to get me in the same evening I called, and their calm presence and thorough intake process was immediately comforting. I experienced significant relief after our first session. With subsequent sessions and the exercises they gave me to do at home, which were very helpful without being overwhelming or time consuming, my neck began to heal a lot more quickly than I expected.
