I came in with a lower back pain flare up, my muscles were feeling really weak and tense, and I left feeling confident that Sandy had done something very right for the pain I was dealing with. The next day my back felt strong and pain free again! Sandy is really attentive and gentle and very intuitive. I highly recommend his work.

Dr. Baird is amazing, he is caring, skillful and responsive. I was referred to Dr. Baird at a time when I was limited in mobility and experiencing a lot of pain. Within the first session he offered me relief. I needed several sessions, but have financial limitations and Dr. Baird was accommodating to my needs. I am feeling a lot better now within his care and would recommend anyone in physical pain and in need of adjustments to schedule a visit.

Chiro isn't the first modality I seek out when in discomfort but i'm grateful a friend recommended Dr Sandy. Their approach is so different from the quick pop and crack I tend to avoid! He took time to listen and to work with the muscles not just the bones. The bodywork he does before making adjustments makes a world of difference in how my body can receive the changes. He communicates and describes what he wants to do and asks before each maneuver. Thanks to his sensitive approach my nervous system is at ease during treatment and that goes a long way.
