I am satisfied with their work. They worked hard to finish the roof right before a major rainstorm hit Oakland. The owner is very cooperative and communicates well. The shingles are all in straight lines. They repaired the roof and kept me informed of everything they discovered.

Lauro Ramos came for the estimate and we reached agreement. The crew came the following day and fixed the leaking. They also agreed that if the same area leaking again, they will come out to fix it at no additional charge. Overall, I had a very positive experience with this business.

It has been raining hard and my renters who live upstairs called and reported that the roof was leaking. I called Ramos Roofing because I've had a previous experience with them. About 10yrs earlier, I had desperately needed a downspout which they had come and installed expertly and then they waited patiently for payment which took a couple of weeks. The downspout still is there in its place. I never forgot their kindness to me at that time. Long story short when I called Lauro on Dec 31st, he came looked at the roof and said he would be back on New Years Day to make the repair.
