Our family has had the misfortune of getting lice twice. Staff at this location have been super friendly and accommodating. I love that they have a staff person with locs, it helps normalize that anyone can get lice and they know how to manage all types of hair.
Thank you Kanye for being so kind and open with my son. You took great care of his head, answered all our questions and generally created an understanding judgement free atmosphere. You made a tough situation much better.
If you have thick, coiled, curly, or natural hair and need a reliable lice clinic, I highly recommend NitPixies. I was initially nervous about bringing myself and my son, who has a long, thick afro, due to concerns about potentially higher charges for our hair types.
