I've worked with Nancy a few times, for personal headshots and also to photograph my team when I owned my own company. The resulting photographs are always stunning, beyond my expectations; she makes me look so good, and I don't usually photograph well! But I especially appreciate her working style. She's professional and skilled, knows exactly how to get what I want while composing a great photo, but she's also flexible, open to ideas, and fun and comfortable to work with.
