Quaint location in the heart of downtown Oakland with great stylists - who actually all talk to you and have a good time while doing your hair. They work quickly, neatly and do beautiful work. The efficiency of sharing the work on each client (maybe one washes, another starts the process and another finishes it off) makes for a faster experience- which is always nice! The owner and staff are all Beautiful Black Educated women who take pride in themselves and their work. If you are a true 'natural hair' girl or guy...this place is for you! #braidslocs

I am so happy I gave this shop a try. Gotten locs re-twisted twice now. Color added on my last appointment. Angie is the best loctician in my opinion. She really cares for her customers.

I had got my hair done by asia and man she will have you sauced up. Very professional and easy to work with. I'm on a 7 year journey with my locs and nobody is messing with her,she is by far the best to touch my hair. I'm glad she is my loctician. If you need your dreadloc hit y'all gotta hit her up she will perform magic on ya hair
