I have been an avid customer of miracles hair studio for sometime now. My most recent appointment is an example of why. The staff here is always courteous and on time. The hair stylist, Nichelle, is always positive with a beautiful spirit. She takes her time to learn what it is I am looking for, and then executes. Her geniuses allows her to execute a style using hair extensions, while still protecting my natural hair. She is always reliable! She has never canceled an appointment. Thee only place I but my virgin hair. Hands down quality service and products. And guess what!! If you have any questions, call them. If you have any problems, call them. Not once have I ever had a customer service issue and they are all about the customer experience. This review is long over due.

First time purchasing bundles. My cousin highly recommend these bundles. When you arrive, it's a barber shop downstairs. The actual hair shop is located upstairs. I went upstairs and saw a hair salon and an area of an inside hair store. The owner was there doing someone's hair, but was very helpful with helping me pick out my bundles. She also took the time to answer all my questions since this was my first time. The quality of the raw virgin hair was really nice. I made my purchase easily. Customer service was above average.
