This doctor (Tara Gonzalez) and staff at la clinica have been so helpful and supportive!!

If you need to get labs done here keep in mind that it is walk in only, the first time I showed up at around 2pm and it was a very long wait so I came back another day. The second time I came at 4pm and was able to get my labs done after just a half hour of waiting.

Not a professional operation. Poor service. Their lab has a sign that says they take their patient at 4:45pm. Most people work and Monday-Friday, the lab isn’t open on weekends. I was turned away at 4:05pm because they had a patient booked at 4:15pm. Okay, there’s 30 minutes before 4:45! It doesn’t make any sense. Wasted my time going there. If 4:15 is the last appointment time then post that and update your outdated sign.
Find another place to go to. You can’t even find street parking here. It’s a huge pain.

"You need to come back for another appointment, call and book another"This ABSOLUTELY needs to change, instead of me calling, clogging up the phone lines being put on hold, and getting told "all our appointments are booked", YOU need to tell us the "NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT" and just book me for that one. For some reason this place can only plan appointments in small increments of 2 weeks to a month. Sometimes the answer is, and I kid you not, "We're booked for the month, KEEP CALLING AGAIN"... WHY?
