This place is a scam. I brought my sister here for her wisdom tooth extraction. They took her in, did some exams and told us they couldn’t do anything regarding the wisdom tooth. Then they referred us to the Highland Hospital. If you can’t do anything for the wisdom tooth, why would you take the patient in and perform exams in the first place? We had clearly mentioned she needed help with her wisdom tooth. Later they sent her bill to her address. This place is horrible. Avoid.

Unbelievable. I have been going to the dentist here long ago and it was fine and good. The dentist knew what they were doing and doing an amazing job. Now it's ridiculous I caught one of the dentist who were literally GOOGLING on how to do their job. I came for a cleaning, told me to munch on a pill, brush my own teeth and once I was done. I lay down on the seat just like she wanted me to do. I caught her googling then goes so AGGRESSIVE with my teeth. I started to bleed so much. Once she was "done" my mouth was literally covered with my own blood. Ridiculous utterly ridiculous. Everything's also, with the service it's just went down seriously this place needs to stop and be better again just like 5 years ago or so. After this I'm changing dental care location.

"You need to come back for another appointment, call and book another"This ABSOLUTELY needs to change, instead of me calling, clogging up the phone lines being put on hold, and getting told "all our appointments are booked", YOU need to tell us the "NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT" and just book me for that one. For some reason this place can only plan appointments in small increments of 2 weeks to a month. Sometimes the answer is, and I kid you not, "We're booked for the month, KEEP CALLING AGAIN"... WHY?
