The complaint process for Kaiser Foundation Health plan, Inc., is a joke. I have filed several complaints regarding my care and treatment by employees of Kaiser and they are always submitted for review by the Chief of the department and action. Never once have I heard back what happen with the review or what actions were taken. When I filed another complaint trying to find out what happen with the first complaint I got stoned walled. The complaint process is very one sided and it doesn't favor the patient. If you are going to file a complaint seek the help of a lawyer. Kaiser doesn't like dealing with them and maybe you will get an answer. All the Kaiser administration cares about is your money. They don't want to hear your complaint. I think anytime you submit a complaint also submit it to Mr. Halvorson, the CEO of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, inc. Maybe when he hear enough from his members he will take action to correct the problems.

A hidden gem of a cafeteria on the 2nd floor up the long stair case and through the door to the outside seating area. Open to the public with ID (drivers license). Low priced food - example, grilled hamburger and fries for $2.95. Set price of salad bar. Not the greatest salad bar, but has a decent selection of general salad bar items. Has a dish of the week/day. Serves breakfast and lunch. Has packaged sushi. Soup. What I like a lot about this cafeteria is that there is covered outside seating to eat your lunch - rain or shine.
