I was able to get a next day appointment with the person who helped me the last time I got glasses. Diem was so great the last time that I wanted to see her again. She is professional, friendly, and helpful. She said that she could not believe it had been two years since she last saw me, so I knew she checked my chart before the appointment. She said she noticed that I had a slight change but enough to get new glasses. She took her time and provided excellent service. Also, the reception person was very friendly. He immediately smiled when I approached his desk.
My son lost his eye glasses. And i needed to order a new pair. The representative who I spoke to was very helpful. She was able to place the order and let me know the time frame on when we will received the new pair.
Very pleasant optitian who showed me what I wanted, answered questions, and put in my order. All with a great smile. I arrived 45minutes early for my appointment after my eye exam, and they got me in almost immediately. Thank you.
