Amazing how efficient the whole experience was!! From all the reviews on Nextdoor earlier in the month, I was expecting the worst. Once I accessed the info.on line, I was able to make an appt. for the next day.(!) Parking easy, lots of direction and assistance, from the staff. In and out within 45 minutes! Kudos to Kaiser!!
