I began working with Jonathan as I was recovering from an illness that had left me quite weak. He is knowledgable, attentive and crafts my workouts to be achievable yet challenging…a workout that I can build upon, making it more challenging as I get stronger.I have gained a great deal of muscle mass back and I’m able to move in ways I wasn’t able to before.I’ve worked out with a lot of personal trainers in the past and Jonathan has a wonderful approach.
