Jimenez Glass was prompt, easy to communicate with, and did a fantastic, quick replacement of our fogged living room window. Guillermo was great to work with and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.

My patio door frame came apart and was separated from the glass portion. Wasn’t sure how to fix it and didn’t want to replace the entire door. I texted Jimenez Glass and he was able to provide an estimate over the phone after I sent him a couple of photos of the door.

As others have indicated, Mr. Jimenez is busy on jobs so doesn’t respond to text right away. But it was easy scheduling via text and his 2-person crew was able to swing by and add a bracket to secure the door frame, and before resealing the glass. They took some extra time to adjust the glass into the frame properly and cleaned the glass afterwards. I was very happy thT it hey could fix the...read full review
