VSP member. Made an appointment online, and upon showing up to that appointment I noticed everyone in the office had a mask on (only 2 employees in the office). That prompted me to immediately ask if I was going to be denied service if I don't wear a mask. One employee locked the door behind me (illegal fyi) while the other answered, "It's the optometrist's policy". I said I didn't want to wear one since everyone else is and that if it was going to be a requirement it should be in the appointment process. I have been seeing Dr. Hafen for some years now and she has always been very professional and efficient her staff is very helpful and kind. Thanks for being you. helpful, kind, considerate, polite and professional.

Dr. Hafen is all you want in an optometrist: skilled, diligent, and detail-oriented. She and her staff are always very helpful and friendly. The frame selection is great. The office is centrally located and easy to get to all modes of transit. It's always a pleasure going to In Vision for eye care.
