Jin! I'm not sure if he's the owner, he probably is! I came in because I broke the nylon strap on my Pilates bar and he fixed it for me! And it wasn't easy but he was very patient and worked with me! Like he WELCOMED the challenge. Mind you, the cleaners I went to before him (Best Cleaners by Sparky's - clearly not the Best) immediately turned me away. They didn't even try! I am so grateful for Jin for all the elbow grease he put into it! It meant so much to me to not have to purchase another Pilates bar. He took the strap off and triple sewed it and then put it back on. Mind you nylon is not stretchy so he had a little tool that he used to get it off and on. OH AND he put it on, felt it could use more stitching, took it off and then put it back on! He's a hero! I'll be giving him all my business and I highly recommend anyone else to do the same! Great, knowledgeable and patient person here! I am forever grateful for Jin! Take your stuff to Holiday Cleaners!

Wondering what happened to this business? They couldn't renew their lease with the landlord, as was the case with many businesses in Lincoln Square. However, the good news is that they have another location in Alameda called Revelation Cleaners on Encinal Avenue and that is where I continue to take my dry cleaning and alterations needs.

Outstanding customer service, very reasonable rates, and REALLY nice owners. I also take all of my alterations there, wouldn't trust anyone else. The owner does a fabulous job every time!
