I woke up with a blurry eye on Saturday and Grand Lake was able to fit me in the same day. I appreciate that they are available on short notice. They are always professional with clear communication. My recent glasses work wonderfully with thin lenses and bifocals.

this place is amazing! they go above and beyond for all their patients. when my contacts were been back ordered, they managed to go out of their way to make sure i had something for the time-being. whether it’s staying after work hours, responding quickly, or just being super friendly - i wouldn’t go anywhere else for all my eye care needs! i couldn’t recommend this place more ☺️

So the business kept in touch with me and we finally figured out that they were wrong and they do indeed take my insurance as I told them from the get-go. They've tried to book me with some appointments although they weren't available when I needed them but that's not their fault with the exception of the appointment that was missed because of the hullabaloo back and forth about insurance. We've worked everything out now and I still feel the way I do about text only communication, but they did call me so they have a completely gotten rid of it so that's good and I would consider seeing them after all.
