It all went well. Ergeon moves fast from quote to scheduling, at least compared with other contractors I've worked with, but I also knew what exactly what I wanted done, so this was good a good thing. The crew that showed up was easy work with and responsive to requests.
We did a video meet for a quote with Jorge, it was easy, timely, and friendly. He was attentive with info and check ins, and our quote for our fence was almost instant. They use modern tech to make things easier for the customer and everything is transparent.Our project manager, Jennie, was great too. She made sure we had all questions answered and new what was going on, and how everything would unfold.Our installers were friendly, professional, and quick. The work was quality and exactly as ordered! I'll be calling them if I need more fence work, and referring to friends.Thanks guys.
excellent experience with Ergon for the replacement of a section of my fence and new gate. Not only workmanship was excellent and the fence looks beautiful, but also the service from other team members was outstanding, clear and timely communication with the project manager Rodrigo, which makes everything so much easier!
