I got my dog spayed here recently and was incredibly impressed by how well run this place was. They communicated all the instructions very clearly ahead of time, so I knew exactly what to expect. The surgery went perfectly, my dog recovered very quickly and needed no follow-ups. You don’t get any personalized care, but that’s to be expected. I was hesitant to use a clinic for this procedure, but was pleasantly surprised by the facility and the staff. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a more affordable way to spay/neuter their pet. Thank you so much!
We were very pleased with our experience at East Bay SPCA for neutering our new pup. We were shocked at how much private vets charge and looking for a more affordable option that was still reputable and safe, and this was a great fit. The check in process was clear and easy, the staff was kind and friendly, they have very clear instructions, and were great about calling when our baby was done early to come pick him up. We very much appreciated their service!
I got my kitten here. The staff was great. They were friendly, walked me through the adoption process, and made it very easy. The descriptions they had of the kittens' personalities made it easy for me to find my perfect companion. Now Chewbacca and I are inseparable. I highly recommend this shelter to find your next pet.
