They incorrectly double billed my wife and daughter twice, along with billing me and my insurance company direct (Out of Network) for work done at John Muir Health (In Network). They will not answer their phone but they will continue sending bills in clear violation of the Federal "No Surprises Act". For such a good reputable health system, I'm surprised John Muir Heath refuses to help me as well given they outsource this specialist who is in clear violation of federal and state laws that have been passed for years now.
