Informative and responsive throughout. Professional and efficient. I was not hopeful but Josh got the job done despite the gentleman's childish doorbell dodging. For the personal responsiveness I didn't mind the small surcharge for out of town service. Would hire again. Great value. Tenacious.

I needed to serve someone a small claims case in East Oakland and paid ~$90 to Josh to get it done. He was very communicative and got the paperwork served within 1 day of payment. He sent back a scanned proof of service form very quickly. I would use him again without hesitation.

Call Josh if you're looking for a quality and professional process server. I hired Josh to serve court documents to my ex for family court, and what I thought would be an easy task to find her it ended up being the total opposite. However, Josh was persistent and did not give up. He even went to several addresses just to complete the mission, and he definitely exceeded my expectations and completed the mission on the 2nd day! Amazing! His rates beat the competition, and so does his customer service. I hope I never have to serve someone papers again, but if I do, I would definitely hire Josh again.
