Just had 6 tricky glass panels replaced. Communications and scheduling were great, and the installation crews were skillful and considerate. A difficult job well done. I will definitely call them again. Compared to a recent smaller replacement project by another company, the price was very fair.

The team who installed the glass at my parents’ apartment house yesterday was outstanding. They were on time. Knew what needed to be done and efficiently replaced the large front window. Everything was neat when they were done. I would use them again.

Summary: Quality glass at a good price and great delivery experience, but administrative issues delayed the process.I called East Bay Glass just over a month ahead of when I wanted a custom piece done as a gift. I discussed options with them, provided measurements, was told they'd get me a quote, and that production turnaround time would be about a week. After a week of not receiving a quote via email, I called back to follow up. They said they were still working on it but that it would be available same-day.
