Good job with sales--helped me choose a new, pet-proof carpet--and with follow-through and installation. I also bought two Hunter-Douglas shades, very nice. The carpet has been pleasing us daily. Also flooring that goes with it and looks very classy. The installation itself was prompt and done in one day, and haul-away was efficient and clean. These are professionals.

Mike was awesome to work with for the selection of carpet. He walked through several options and provided pro/con of each. We went with this Carpet One based on the service and value offered at a great price compared to other carpet stores. The install crew was really efficient and very skilled with the handling of corners and working around the stone entryway. I will go back to this Oakland location when I need carpet again!
