Had a question about pricing with the young man who greeted me. He got Joe who let me know that if I download the Way app, I get a 50% discount on my first wash with a discount code. Fantastic! This is a family run, all-hand-wash place. Nothing fancy but they were very friendly and I was very happy with the wash. And now that I'm set up on the app, it's easy to pay. Note that you can't tip on the app (that I saw) so bring some cash to tip out. Everyone talks about wanting to support small family businesses in Oakland, well here's your chance.
Every time I’ve come here, my car is treated so well. Staff are kind and make you feel at home and really do a wonderful job at making your car clean and smell/look right. An Uber driver from the local neighborhood came here after one of her passengers had vomited in the backseat and they did a great job cleaning it up and making it smell much better. Small team that always does right — cannot sing their praises enough!
Gotta give all the kudos for Joe. Have been going there for years (always love getting my rose!). This time I brought in my car stained from coffee after it fell off the hood. I'd tried to rinse it off to no avail. It was not looking good. Joe said leave it to me. This stain, that I couldn't rinse or wash off, he got it out. The result was spectacular! Highly recommend Joe and team at Charlotte's Web
