The funeral arranger Cynthia Aguirre is very professional and sympathizes with the family members of the deceased. She patiently understands the needs of the family members and does her best to meet their needs and save them money as much as possible. Cynthia is a very nice people.
My family had our father cremated at Chapel of the Chimes. Cecilia made the entire process so easy for us given the difficult emotional circumstances. She was empathetic and gave us the time and space to make the right decisions for our father. We were so so impressed by the services provided as well as the beautiful grounds.
I just want to thank chapel of chimes for such good service. Leslie was the best help ever in the world. She made our loved ones process easy and less stressful in the hard times. Being from another state and trying to make all these arrangements couldn’t have been done without the help of Leslie. At the service the staff was so kind and Leslie the most amazing person ever. We had people show up more than what we expected and she was so kind and patient to let us have all the people who loved our loved one. Again recommend this place 100% and Leslie there aren’t enough words to say how much we appreciate you and are thankful you helped us through out this process.
