Gerald was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Fixed the issue on the first try with my Lochinvar Knight water boiler. After describing the problem to him over the phone, and with some pictures of the unit that I sent, he came prepared with the necessary spare parts. He replaced those parts and did some additional maintenance, always explaining what was going on along the way.
