OMG, Gerald is SO knowledgeable about residential boilers and heat pumps! He is super familiar with our old Munchkin boiler, that he kept a graveyard of them as a source of parts for the now-discontinued product. He was very responsive to our no-heat, no-hot-water situation and made room in his schedule to get it fixed right away. He knew why the boiler had failed and what was needed to prevent it from failing again. He charged less for the whole job than another contractor was going to charge just for the parts. As well we discussed heat pumps, and he was fully aware of what would need to be changed with our system to use a heat pump instead of a gas boiler. The guy knows his stuff, is responsible, and is a straight shooter. He saved us from out boiler outage quickly, and we have found our guy to install a heat pump. I could not recommend him more.
