Dr Lawrence was very thorough during my initial appointment yesterday, explaining what he was looking and/or listening for. Afterwards, he explained the next steps to assess my cognitive decline. He helped me feel well-looked after and confident in his assessment and next steps. His support staff was also very helpful which added to my confidence in placing myself in his care.
