Bodywork with Diane Gibbs

THIS BODYWORK PROVIDER HAS A CAT. Booked on short notice due to another office being unavailable. Unfortunately the website does not notify you until after booking that this provider has a cat that sometimes visits the studio. As someone with a severe cat allergy this was a non-starter. I felt like this note needed to go somewhere as there are no refunds without a phone call + 24+ hrs before booking for first time clients. The post booking process also informs you that you cannot arrive more than 5 minutes early as no one may be available to buzz you in. A bummer as this provider seems to be otherwise highly rated.

My friend gifted me a massage and I feel such much better after it. I was hurting in my back and hip areas and Diane took the time to release that buildup. She was very caring and adjusted the pressure as needed.

I have seen Diane 3 times and the results in profound. I had the integrative body work session the first time, and it was great. I am now doing Feldenkrais sessions. I came to her for chronic pain in the connective tissue around one of my knees (post surgery). Yesterday she worked around my spine and on my feet. After the session my upper body felt completely different. We could both see it in the way I carried myself. Not only did it feel great, but the my knee felt MUCH better. Today, I have very little discomfort in my knee. She is not only a great body worker, she is a lovely person and her space is also lovely.
