Miles himself has been personable, professional and patient, not to mention honest, and has never put pressure on us to do anything. Berkeley Roof Services did an excellent job replacing our old tile roof. Our 3-story house was challenging to get onto and there were multiple skylights that needed reinforcement insulation. The crew came and did the job quickly, carefully and professionally. They were easy to communicate with and they came out a few months later for free to consult on the gutters.

Joe called back immediately and came by within hours to check out a weird sudden leak in our home. He looked into the problem and thought it might be related to the particularities of the recent crazy storm and that we should wait and monitor. He didn't charge for this visit and was wonderful to work with. Will definitely be coming to these folks with future issues!
