San Francisco location - Paula was amazing, she was there from start to finish. Paula has a fine eye for detail and selection. She makes the bouquet process easy and simple. During the process she sends over a picture of the flowers she will be using and also FaceTimes with a mock display to make sure your are happy with your product. Paula listens to all your wants and provides her honest opinion! She brought my ideas to reality. I couldn't believe how beautiful the bouquet was!

Bells & Bloom were suggested to us by our wedding planner and I couldn't have done it any better in terms of florist if I went looking myself. I was able to communicate with Paula what kind of designs and colors I like (news flash: this bride loves her bright yellows!). So Paula came up with great designs for me and my bridesmaids. I had to make some changes in the order towards the end and Paula was very flexible with that too.
