From start to finish, we are very happy with the results. Michael was very knowledgeable in helping us select the carpet and padding that fit our budget and preferences. The installers were on time, professional and did an amazing job. I highly recommend!
I used Gaia flooring for my kitchen remodeling and I was looking for the same floor for my bathroom remodeling jobs and I was referred to Baila Floors & Décor Center by Jason Wong of Gaia Flooring Inc. I was happy to see that Baila Floors & Décor Center was located in Oakland. Upon my arrival, Michael Pinnock greeted me. Michael was very nice & educated about the product I was looking for and to my surprise, he ordered it for me that day. I was quite in awe that Baila Floors & Décor Center actually carried more than flooring and I was surprised that the showroom was a hidden gem in Oakland. I shopped around for flooring, originally on a mission to get vinyl plank for a major house addition, and through that process, I learned that what mattered to me most was was service, knowledge, and support, and most stores just didn't measure up in this regard. But Baila was different.
