i LOVE taking pilates from Anya. She tailors each session to my pain points (hips, back, and feet), makes micro-adjustments to maximize each movement, and balances strengthening with stretching. My body feels so much better after each session! She also incorporates massage (if you'd like) and offers meditative/wellness advice (if you ask) - based on your interest. Not to mention, she's lovely to talk to and easy to get along with. And her studio is peaceful with a variety of equipment. I feel very lucky I found her!

I’ve been taking virtual mat classes with Anya for a year and loved them so much I now do a weekly 30 minute individual session on zoom as well. It makes me feel so much better physically and mentally. She’s an amazing teacher.
