Outstanding company highly recommend. Price is good. The workers are all very good, polite, excellent work ethics, do exactly what is per the bid and clean up afterwards. 10/10. We used them for Rodent cleanup and proofing. Would definitely use this company again and can confidently recommend them.

I should have taken before pictures because it is hard to believe that they could transform a horrendous 50year accumulation of rat friendly junk into a pristine and livable space. Four very hard-working young men, who labored all day restored my home. They did such an amazing job. I am forever grateful and highly recommend this company. I will have them back to take care of my garage. Thank you American Attic!!!!!!

From the estimate to picking up the last bit of debris Juan, Alfredo and crew were hard working and professional. About a year and a half ago I found American Attic and they cleaned my crawl space and installed a vapor barrier. This year was time for a new roof which created a big mess in the attic. I called Juan and in less than 5 days he and his crew basically gave me a “new” attic complete with insulation. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend them!
