Inspection was thorough and informative, friendly, professional. Crew was timely on arrival (8 AM) and got straight to work. They expertly sealed off their pathway to the attic entryway. They thoroughly cleared all old insulation (including insulation that a previous company did not clear beneath some boards) down to the ceiling lath and plaster and into the hard to reach roof corners. They had an electrician inspect old knob and tube and determine that it was disconnected. Very thorough and easy to contact for follow up appointments. We had the work done in preparation for selling our home. When the home inspector came (and went into the crawl space) he commented on how well the work was done, that it was sealed on both the inside and outside - as it should be- but that many companies don’t bother to do that. Having a 3 year guarantee to pass onto new owners is certainly a plus. I chose Alley Cst based on the great reviews and I was not disappointed !

Just had Miro out to help with a recent bloom of rats infesting our home. I had gone through the house and found every spot they could get in and installed wire mesh. That pissed them off. We had a rat slab installed a couple of years ago but I decided to have Alley Cat look where they might be getting in from outside. Within minutes, he discovered 3 areas they we penitrating our basement. One I would have never discovered. Since I had a bit of an investment, he told me what I needed to do, gave me a suit and gloves and gave me his card if I ever needed additional support.
